Discount considered for 3+ week bookings and smaller parties All taxes included and the price for the villa not per person. Bookings of less than one week please add £45 / $65 Non-refundable Booking Deposit - £100 / $160 per week. The remainder is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival £125 / $200 breakages deposit to be paid with balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Breakage deposit will be returned once the Management Company have checked the home. Cots and high chairs available at extra cost.
